This NYC Apartment has everything, and im not exactly sure why nobody lives here because its relatively affordable and the neighborhood is fantastic because it’s next to Central Park! The unit itself may not be “massive” but for room mates who want to save money and get things like laundry and a dishwasher its definitely a good deal in Manhattan NYC.
