Racist City Dweller Defends Looting In Pointless Rant

This Buffalo “TikToker” starts off her video relatively apolitically mentioning the damages of the storm. But then, she opens up into a racist, nonsensical rant about why people are stealing, who is to blame and who isn’t allowed to criticize looting.
