Merrill Lynch ad from January 1975 Bullish On America Commercial

Jan 1975: US was suffering from '74 oil embargo, end of Vietnam War & escalating inflation.

That month Merrill Lynch repeated their original 1971 slogan in ad with message "Merrill Lynch is bullish on America. We believe American Economy has the strength on endure hard times and come back even stronger."

Later in 1975, the US began a recovery with unemployment starting to drop to "normal" levels.
