Minute PRAYER to LIFT MY HEAVY BURDEN

Dear God,

I come to you today with a heavy burden that feels like it is weighing me down. I am struggling to carry this load and I need your help. I know that you are with me and that you are able to lift this burden from my shoulders.

Please give me the strength and courage I need to keep going, and the wisdom to know what steps to take next. Help me to trust in your plan for my life and to know that you are in control.

I ask for your peace to surround me and to fill my heart and mind. I pray that you would lift this burden from me and give me the grace to let it go.

Thank you for loving me and for being with me always.
