The exact moment I became an IFBB Pro

Losing sucks, but it’s usually necessary to become a winner.

I was 41 years old when this happened, and I have been trying to become an IFBB Pro since I was 27 years old and lifting hard since I was 13.

The reaction isn’t an act, it is legit.

Worth every second of training, every meal eaten, every cardio session.

Many said it wasn’t possible. My genetic flaws are obvious and I’m not a mass monster. I learned how to pose and I trained so hard my body hurt 24 hours a day, everyday, EARLY in the morning if necessary so I would never miss a session despite 12-28 hour workdays, coaching and being a husband and DAD.

Chase your dreams but be very careful that your dreams don’t make the rest of your life a nightmare. I was able to do this with my marriage and career in tact.

If the dream causes suffering for you and others, find a new dream.
