5 point breakfast weight watchers

Lifetime member. Started when I quit smoking, 20ty years ago. Quit first time and gained 23 pounds, went back to smoking. Went to weight watchers, took off the weight gain, plus extra quit. So I have gone on and off different diets, latest was fasting, not working. So i decided the best was weight watchers, so here I am, 3rd day. I believe to remove the weight gain before it is out of control, so lately I felt out of control, between Covid, Excuses(I will start tomorrow, its only a couple of pounds), Holidays.
