High Intensity Shoulders & Arms Workout

Every workout is a chance to get better. Find different ways to improve by switching up the routine. Build that consistency to want to go to the gym throughout the week. Shoulder workouts are fun, easy to do and don't take too long. There are 3 parts to the shoulder. Anterior (front), lateral (side), and posterior (back). This workout focuses on all parts of the shoulder. Also, I put emphasis on growing the arms. As shoulders do work with the bicep muscle through upper body movements. Always look to discover how you can do better and grow.
