Meditation didn't work until I realized that it was more than just sitting still and trying to clear my mind. It was about taking the time to focus on my breath, to be mindful of my thoughts, and to be present in the moment. With this newfound understanding, I was able to reap the benefits of meditation, such as improved concentration, increased self-awareness, and a greater sense of inner peace.
