Recipe:
1500g potatoes
700g plain flour (can use less/more for desired consistency)
50g butter, salted
10Tbsp whole milk
salt, pepper
1 sprig rosemary

Method:
1. Boil potatoes until soft
2. Blend potatoes until smooth
3. Add butter, salt, pepper, chopped rosemary and flour.
4. mix to combine.
5. Flour hands and circular mold.
6. form cakes with mold, this recipe makes 16 - 20
7. fry cakes until golden, can serve immediately or keep warm in the oven.
