These panhandlers are really organized and are even wearing outfits to reflect this little girl named Emilia who apparently has brain cancer. The female panhandler told me she is from ROMANIA and for $5 she would tell me the facebook group they have for this poor girl. Before you get mad at me, do a quick google search for "Emilia Cancer Panhandler" and come back! You'll see a trove of news reports about this very scam...
Watch the dude take his hat off, then suddenly a van appears and they take off as if trying to get to a better place away from me... Then into the van they go and poof.. Gone! Weird...
