The court heard Marin has past convictions for offenses like burglary and misrepresentation. It was additionally informed that there had been an application for him to be removed to

France for addressing corresponding to a progression of burglaries. His Honor Judge Simon Batiste said it was not satisfactory what stage the application was at.

Moderating, Andrew Petterson, said Marin's "sole inspiration" for entering the UK was to accommodate his five kids living with his kid mother in Romania. He said: "The
