The Gun Control Bills are Starting the Drop in Olympia

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses some bills which have been pre-filed for this year's legislative session. Included in today's discussion is SB 5078 (version 2.0) which would significantly alter liability as it relates to the FFL industry and SB 5006 which would alter the laws as it relates to voluntary waiver of firearm rights.
