WTF DC Comics, The JOKER is PREGNANT?!

Admittedly I don’t know the context of this particular comic, but how is this supposed to be even mildly entertaining? This concept is ludicrous even for a what-if type or alternate universe story. I started reading comics when I was eight years old. I can’t imagine a child reading something like this.
