creamy bacon soup with potatoes /

INGREDIENTS:
. 6 raw and chopped Potatoes.
. 1lb of bacon
. 1 cup chopped onion
. 2 spoons minced garlic
. 1 liter water
. 1 cup cream cheese
. 1 cup milk cream
. grated parmesan (or other cured cheese)
• Seasonings of your choice, I used: chimichurri, black pepper and saffron.
. salt to taste
• parsley(optional)
