Sam Bankman-Fried pleaded not guilty to fraud and other criminal charges as a judge set his trial to begin 2nd Oct.
The co founder of Gemini Exchange, Winklevoss fired shot at the CEO of DCG Barry Silbert that it owes $900 million to Earn customers. He also accused Barry Silbert of borrowing $1.675 billion from Genesis and used it for purposes that helped other DCG ventures instead of repaying creditors.
