International False Rape Timeline – hangout (75) – Potpourri IV

This hangout is a mixture of new and some not so new stuff in no particular order. I started with a thank you to my second site sponsor. I covered two recent videos by Tucker Carlson, in particular the one in which he gave spurious credence to the claims of Tara Reade against Joe Biden. This woman is a head case. I compared her sexual assault allegation with the truly bizarre one made against Mark Pearson (who is on the Timeline).

I mentioned the Leon Black case, a man who is fighting back against lawyers who represent such accusers when they bring civil claims. I blamed, and blame, Gloria Allred for this, her witch-hunt of Bill Cosby has led to the lifting or extension of statutes of limitations in New York State. I mentioned the Nick Carter case. among others.

An article from Ms. magazine comes under scrutiny; I mention similar nonsense from BuzzFeed. I also cover an article from a so-called scholarly magazine and other cases recent and not so.

The Brittany Higgins case is discussed – and will be added to the Timeline in due course.

I played a short clip (the audio only) of a former police officer whining about so-called misogyny in the police.

I finished the hangout with some comment about how the media handles worthwhile stories including how it downplays or ignores them, and how some false allegations of rape are not reported to the media by the authorities.
