Band Lateral Curl / Adduction

Loop a band around a power rack or any pole or piece of equipment and loop a band through itself around chest height. Walk away from the rack so that the band will be tight when your arm is extended. Grab the end of the band with one hand and curl your closed palm to your ribcage. This is a strange motion that is a combination of a bicep curl and shoulder adduction but works the entire arm, shoulders, and upper back.
