(PART 1) It's always fun to watch the Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad when 2 trains meet each other.. ELS 402 was heading north, ELS 503 was coming south and they both met here to combine their trains together. The Alter Metal spur only goes north, so this is what needs to happen to send it south rather than taking it 30 miles north before coming back anyways. All scrap metal goes south to Green Bay, WI.
