Neutral Grip Pullups

Utilize a step or a box if you do not have a machine as shown in this video. Place the step behind the bar path. Grab onto the handles in the shown grip, and hang completely relaxed. Keep a tight grip, engage your shoulder blades first, before bending the elbows and trying to bring your chest to the ceiling. Squeeze your upper back muscles at the top. Next, control the descent by straightening your elbows. When your arms are straight, relax the shoulder blades at the bottom so you can perform these with a full range of motion.
