Man arrested for allegedly killing his wife two days after Christmas in Delta State

A man identified as Roland Igbute is currently in police custody after beating his wife to death on their farm.

It was gathered that the incident happened on December 27, 2022 in Ute Okpu community, Agbor, Delta State.

A source reports that the father-of-three is infamous for assaulting his wife. “They f#ght regularly and he beats her every time. In one of those incidents, he assaulted her and she had br¥ises on her face. The latest incident happened on Tuesday, December 27, when she went to their farm and never returned home.

Concerned neighbors launched a manhunt and interrogated the husband who referred them to their farm. They went there and found her laying in a pool of her own blood. Roland was subsequently arrested and detained at Agbor police division in Delta State.
