Pete A Turner has found another counterintelligence agent to inform us about the world of spies and spy hunters.

John Flanagan enlisted as a Marine in 1963. After several years, he applied for and was made a Counterintelligence Agent. In these days, CI Agents were trained at the US Army Intelligence School, Ft Holabird, MD, for intelligence training. Today the Intelligence School is at Ft Huachuca Az.

Flanagan was re-assigned to the 3rd MAW, was part of the 6th CIT.In Oct 1967, he went to SVN, assigned to the 1st CIT, and was with the unit until September 1968. From Sept 1968 until my enlistment ended in Jan 1970, I remained with the 6th CIT with the 3rd MAW.

This is John Flanagan's first appearance on the Break It Down Show. Flanagan and Pete are joined by John Murphy and Michael Reiter who have appeared several times on BIDS. Michael and John created the documentary called Agents Unknown. Murphy is an Army CI Agent who also served during Vietnam.
