I am recommitting myself to the resistance training portion of my weightloss journey. Prior to this, I was only doing cardio via nightly walks.

Workouts are from 1 Up Fitness app from

Workout: Week 1, Day 1

- Bicep Curls | 2 sets, 8 reps, 10lbs
- Tricep Kickbacks w/ Hammer Curls
Superset | 2 sets, 10 reps, 10 lbs
- Overhead Tricep Extensions
with Resistance Band | 3 sets, 10 reps
- Concentration Curls | 2 sets, 8 reps, 10 lbs
- Weighted Crunches | 4 sets, 10 reps, 6 lbs

Equipment Used:
- Kettlebells | 10 pounds | GetFit
- Resistance Band | Valeo
- Medicine Ball | 6 pounds | Valeo
- Adjustable Bench
