COULD IT BE THAT PRO SPORTS HAD DIFFERENT BATCHES OF THE JAB?

Either we start seeing more and more " sudden death " in pro sports or we will never see it , why is it that Congress is exempt from taking the Jabs but Special Forces have to take the Jabs ? Why is it that Jab makers are exempt from taking the Jab but everybody had to take it ?
