Put all the ingredients into a glass:
Add 1 cup of boiled water.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
Add the juice from half a lemon.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey.
Stir well and drink twice a day 2 hours after
breakfast and 2 hours after lunch.
Drink it every other day. Don't drink it daily as it is acidic and can bring other side effects.
