Liberal MLA explains why firearms are important in British Columbia especially for indigenous (2021)

During second reading of Bill 4 (British Columbia's 'Firearm Violence Prevention Act' legislation), MLA for Skeena region, Ellis Ross, pointed out the history of firearms in BC, differences between provincial and federal territory, and the importance of indigenous consultation.

Mr. Ross also shares some of his personal experiences with firearms that led to his support of legal firearm ownership.
