After learning Hassan has gotten his hands on American missiles, Shepherd is not happy and wants to know who helped him smuggle those weapons in. Laswell figures out Amsterdam is the place to go to find out that intel as the city functions as a smuggling hub.
After finding out Hassan is working with the Mexican cartel "Las Almas," you will need to hijack their meeting to take one of the cartel members and interrogate him.
