Bench 90° Reverse Hyperextension Isometric Hold

Lay on a bench with your hips hanging off the bench and your arms holding you in place. Bend your knees to make 2x 90° angles. Bring your heels to the ceiling while simultaneously squeezing your glute muscles for the allotted time. Squeeze your glutes the entire time not losing intensity.

Trainer Tip: If these become easy strap on ankle weights.
