Quadruped Leg Drag to Hip Abduction w/ Glute Band

Start on all fours with a glute band or hip circle directly above the knees around the thighs. Straighten one leg out and drag it behind the base leg down low before reversing that motion and abducting the hip bringing that leg out and up squeezing the glutes and stretching the band. The side that is being worked will go from down low to up high stretching the glutes in the beginning and then squeezing them at the top. Make sure you keep your core tight to avoid compensation. Really focus on the mind muscle connection here.
