"Every Night," written by Paul McCartney, is found on his 1970 debut album "McCartney" (Whitburn, 2006). "McCartney wrote this song during a holiday in Greece. It spotlights the depression he suffered after the breakup of The Beatles and is a declaration of his love for [his wife] Linda" (songfacts, 2022). “'Every Night' started out as a possible track for the Beatles’ final album, 'Let It Be.' Though he has stated that he 'had the first two lines for a few years' before its recording, Paul finished writing the song later on in 1969 while on vacation in Greece. In the final completed version, acoustic and bass guitars mix together with drums" all performed by McCartney (the-paulmccartney-project, 2022).
