I Found a Forgotten Townhouse… In NYC’s Best Neighborhood

I LOVE this cheap new york townhouse because its next to one of the best parks in the city and is loaded with sweet features that should cost more! Its got 2 floors. 2 baths, and a HUGE private yard but in spite of all that - this apartment isnt rented yet which is surprising. Personally, i dont see it sitting very long but my view points as a new yorker are biased when it comes to housing.
