Becker's Easy Eats S02E06: Easy Apple Crumble Pie

Is it a pie? a tart? a crumble? Whatever you call it, it's super delicious, and super easy to make! The tart tin I used is 24cm in diameter so you can adjust the quantity of your ingredients if you are using a smaller tin.

Easy Apple Crumble Pie

Ingredients:
Crust –
50g sugar
1 egg
100g melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
280g all-purpose flour

Filling –
4 green apples
80g sugar
2 tbsp apricot preserve
30g melted butter
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp cinnamon powder
