Cross Banded Horse Stance Isometric Hold

Using 2 bands anchored a few feet apart, put your opposite leg through each band so that the bands make an “X” shape. They should be at or around knee height. Walk back until you reach the desired band tension and hold a horse stance trying to fight the bands by abducting or opening your hips the entire time. A horse stance is similar to a sumo squat except you are at maximum abduction, heels are under your knees, and your hips are more forward with an upright torso.
