Kettlebell Bottoms Up 90° Isometric Hold

Hold two kettlebells by your sides. Bend your hips and knees slightly and use momentum to swing the kettlebells up and clean them into a 90° elbow position. Hold them for the allotted time or until the grip fails. We recommend using chalk for these so you aren’t limited by moisture in your palms or fingertips. Lower the weights under control or if you fail make sure you control the descent as much as possible to avoid injury.
