Bottoms Up 90° Kettlebell Walk

Hold a kettlebell by your side. Bend your hips and knees slightly and use momentum to swing the kettlebell up and clean it into a 90° elbow position. Slowly walk with it making sure to focus on your grip. Walk for the desired steps, distance, and direction that your programming states. When you are done, lower the weight under control or if you fail make sure you control the descent as much as possible to avoid injury.
