Why do ppl still sleep on Noelle????

First time ever uploading a video, but Rumble is a bit dry on gaming content so I figured I'd liven it up. I've just been vibing with Raiden Shogun after getting her and testing her in my Noelle carry team. All in all, She's pretty pog.
