Dumbbell Straight Arm Standing Crucifix

This is an old-time strongman exercise that is fantastic for straight arm strength and functional shoulders and upper back. Press the dumbbells overhead with a neutral grip. Look up towards the ceiling with the next extended and lower the weights with the palms facing up until your arms are in a straight line or “crucifix.” Make sure you squeeze the upper back at the bottom. Raise the arms back up trying to bring the palms together to complete the reps.
