Please be advised this is for San Francisco California Bay Area and Los Angeles. So both Northern California and down to Southern California should be on an earthquake early warning. This is a large California earthquake alert. They expect a California earthquake today or tomorrow.

Not sure if the global news covers all of the above, but it should be considered global news. If not, it should be considered international news. There are a lot of earthquakes consistently in many places.
