If your struggling with technique or not feeling any engagement within your abs, then follow these steps to assure your getting the best out of the exercise.

Do’s ✅

* Keep your abs engaged and rigid
* Take your time on the descent (control is key)
* Hold squeeze for split second at top of movement

Donts ❌

* Avoid swinging your legs behind you for momentum - takes away all the work from the core
* Going too fast with the movement, limiting engagement
