Video of Ukrainian marines surrendering

This is a video that has been going around on Telegram. Supposedly more than 1000 Ukrainian soldiers surrendered today. I could not find a translated version but I added new English captions, with the translation by a commenter.
Is the war ending? Today on the Fox News site all the news were about Mexican immigration, some crazy shooter in New York, and gas prices. Nothing about Russia. My interpretation is that things did not go so well today for US/NATO, but I'm not sure. On the other hand, I've read that the arms industry wanted to find a way to keep the war going for a few more months to sell more weapons... So, we'll see. I'm still hoping this can end soon, and less people die. I kinda feel bad for the soldiers of both sides, having to kill and die for politicians who don't fight, so from my perspective if it ends sooner it's better, less soldiers and civilians die.

UPDATE: I added new ENGLISH subtitles based on the translation of a commenter below:

"These are surrendered Marines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He says:
- When negotiations with these guys began, in the first lines of negotiations they sent us to where the Russian ship* was. Here they are, these guys. There is no gloating, but remember how they shouted "Moskalyaku na gilyaku" (which means "death to Russians"**) and remember what they said about Putin.

*Russian ship: since the beginning of the military operation on the island of Zmeiny, Ukrainian soldiers sent a warship and then surrendered without firing a shot, but the phrase became symbolic for radical Ukrainians
** "Moskalyaku na gilyaku" (which means "death to Russians"**): This expression has been actively used in the culture of Ukrainians for more than 10 years. It is shouted by children and adults. It is believed that this phrase extols the nation of the Ukrainian people over the Russians, who, according to radical Ukrainians, need to be exterminated."
