How Not To Help The Homeless

I saw this guy today who gets paid to pass out care packages to the homeless, I'm thinking the "charity" he works for should start vetting their employees a little better. Most people feel good about themselves by giving to a charity that promises to help the homeless. Do you have any idea how much help, and compassion, they get out of your money?
