In this body relaxation for sleep video, we align the body and the mind with a 10 min guided meditation.

To align the mind and body for sleep, it is helpful to establish a consistent bedtime routine. This can include activities such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation. It is also important to create a comfortable sleep environment by keeping the bedroom dark, cool, and quiet, and using a comfortable mattress and pillows. Additionally, try to avoid screens (such as phones or TVs) for at least an hour before bed, as the blue light they emit can disrupt the body's natural sleep cycle. Finally, try to clear the mind of racing thoughts or worries by writing them down in a journal before bed, or practicing mindfulness meditation
