Kim Jong Un sets goal to mass-produce tactical nuclear weapons

To wrap up 2022, Kim Jong Un addressed North Korea with a plenary session conclusion. He expressed concern over “worrying military moves by the US and other hostile forces” as well as their “undoubted enemy” South Korea.

In response, he set the goal to exponentially increase the country's nuclear arsenal, develop a new "Intercontinental Ballistic Missile [ICBM] system” and launch their first military satellite.
