How To Use A LOBSTER, Tip to Tail

Today we are using all the parts of this lobster by making a stock with the shells.
We BBQd the tail, legs, and antennas. We ate the tail for dinner and then shelled the meat from the legs and antennas to freeze and save.
I try to use\reuse as much as I can and get creative with the resources we have around us.
