It is unconfirmed if Cormick was injected with the clot shot, but user sandyh555 commented the following on the Daily Mail article:

"HERE IS WHAT THEIR DOCTOR SAID...SO HE WAS OBVIOUSLY VACCINATED: I have been asked by the Scanlan family to make a medical comment: There is no evidence that Cormick's illness or moyamoya in general is in any way associated with the COVID vaccine. With hundreds of millions of people worldwide having received the COVID vaccine, we have learned that the vaccine is safe and that there are essentially no life-threatening complications uniquely associated with this vaccine. Like you, our hearts are broken by this tragedy, and we send our love and prayers to Joe, Heather, and all the Scanlan family. John Reusch, MD"

I have been unable to confirm if John Reusch actually made that statement. If he did, that is implicit proof that Cormick was jabbed. After all, if Cormick hadn't been jabbed, dr. Reusch would have just said that Cormick was unjabbed, therefore his death couldn't have been caused by the jab.

The announcement of Cormick's death by his high school Cretin-Derham Hall is here:

In early 2021, Pfizer sent a confidential report to the Federal Drug Administration. It concerns the Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports of the COVID jabs through the 28th of February, 2021. The document was approved by the Federal Drug Administration on the 30th of April of 2021.

This document and many others should have immediately been made available to the public, but the FDA fought hard to keep all of them confidential for a whopping 75 years. Thankfully, a judge forced the FDA to disclose all documents in about 8 months.

Appendix 1 of the report contains a list of 9 pages of adverse events of special interest. Moyamoya disease is also mentioned in that list.

Sheila Foley is another person who was diagnosed with the previously rare moyamoya disease. See:
