I frequently get the question of whether it's okay to practice yoga while having aching muscles from all of my students.
As we get to stretch regions of our bodies that may not be used to being stretched, yoga can feel fantastic. The next day, though, you can experience muscle soreness as a result. Yoga is advised for people who have aching muscles since it helps to concentrate on the sore spots and gradually release tension.
