- yogurt
3rd Meal: Roasted Chicken

- Seasoning
4th Meal: Family Meal
- Rice
- dhal
- chicken
5th Meal:
- Oats
- Milk
With Most meals I would usually have a glass of milk, and at random times I would snack on a few dates and/or peanuts. This is a cheat code for bulking.
