Diet:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs

- 3-4 Eggs
- tomato
- ginger
- onion
- garlic
- Olive Oil

2nd Meal: Banana Smoothie

- 2 max Frosted Bananas
- Peanut Butter
- Olive Oil
- beetroot
- milk
- oats
- yogurt

3rd Meal: Roasted Chicken

- Chicken
- Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Seasoning

4th Meal: Family Meal

- Rice
- dhal
- chicken

5th Meal:

- Oats
- Milk

With Most meals I would usually have a glass of milk, and at random times I would snack on a few dates and/or peanuts. This is a cheat code for bulking.
