White Phosphorus over Civilians of Donetsk

If this isn't pure evil, I don't know what is... the Ukrainian military is using white phosphorus over the CIVILIAN populations of Donetsk. For those of you who don't know, white phosphorus is impossible to extinguish and will burn through skin and bones in a violent manner. Using it in war is bad enough. Using it on civilians is a whole different level of evil.
