Add 4 oz pure cranberry juice (not cocktail/no added sugar) into a glass.
Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (with the mother).
Add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
Stir well and drink one cup every other day before breakfast for better results. Don't drink it daily as it is acidic and can bring other side effects.
If you're intolerant to acidic juices use only a few drops of ACV and lemon juice.
