An appeal from an Ukrainian soldier

◾An appeal from an Ukrainian soldier to the Government about the new 8271 Law. Already several videos have appeared online with direct addresses to the authorities about this law.

◾“Draft Law No. 8271 "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and other legislative acts of Ukraine on the specifics of military service under martial law or in a combat situation" was voted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and sent for signature to the President.

◾This would include -

◾Disobedience, disobeying an order, threat or violence against a superior, unauthorized abandonment of a unit or place of service, desertion, unauthorized abandonment of the battlefield during a combat mission, or refusal to use weapons during a battle.
