You have 2 recipes in 1: an infused oil and candied garlic lightly caramelized with soy.
It's so good that when you start eating it, you can't stop! You can make a large batch of candied garlic and caramelize it only when you want to eat it. You can also eat the confit garlic as well, it's a delight. It's up to your taste. Perfect also to accompany a salad, pasta, a sandwich and etc...
It can be eaten hot or cold.
Ps: it is important to choose a refined olive oil for cooking, because extra virgin oil burns in this type of cooking. I obviously advise against it. Difficult to do without it, once you have tasted it.
